Sherri Powell’s 23 years in education, passion to empower, dedication to innovation, and show-no-fear approach to technology makes her a positive change agent for education. She teaches and transforms technologically timid teachers and administrators into fearless educators who embrace the latest tools and resources to teach and engage their students. In addition to holding an Ed.S in Technology Management and Administration and an M.A. in Technology Education, Sherri is a Google Certified Trainer and Microsoft Innovative Expert and Trainer. At Region 4 Education Service Center in Houston, Texas, Sherri designs and delivers engaging professional development experiences. Additionally, to integrate diverse technologies with her innovative teaching methods, she is constantly seeking new ways to reconfigure the traditional classroom into a place that fosters active learning.
